At the start of this weeks episode Cyndi and Holly continued their rivalry due to Cyndi missing last weeks task and still trying to have input into the boardroom. Cyndi was trying to figure out why Selita had been fired as she felt last weeks task was all about Holly and infact Holly's leadership had gone to her head.
Sharon was still out this week due to illness which left Tenacity once again with one member of their team down. Trump gave them the option of whether they wanted to use Sharon within the task, meaning they would have to call her for ideas etc, or leave her out of the task completely.Trump reminded them that a decision would have to me made soon due to her absence.
Task: The task handed this week was to tae two young country stars and give them a makeover. With the itinerary of a interview, a photoshoot and also a performance which would be judged on. Team Tenacity chose Cyndi as project manager due to her experience whereas Rocksolid chose Goldberg as he hadnt already been project mananger, leaving the more experienced member for this task Bret, as an assistant helper.
Tencaity started by aruging due to Holly making her be aware herself and Maria are singers too so would be wanting to get into the project with their own ideas. Cyndi replied by telling them she was the project manager and she was fully aware of their statuses. Cyndi replied to Maria's idea by telling her she didnt want the person they were working with to be dressed like her. Maria was constantly put down by her childhood idol and even said herself this changed her opinion on her.
Rocksolid started by meeting the people they would be working with, asking them their goals and getting to know them more so that they could adapt the task to them, They were really business like and seemed to be started on a great idea. Tenacity then met the people they had the potential of working with and were still not getting off on the right foot, Cyndi told them that she would take control and basically not let anyone else have a part in the meeting. Emily who was one of the country singers was very excited to meet Cyndi. The teams then had to negociate and decide with the guys team on which of the artists they wanted, Cyndi was very motivated to get Emily and suceeded as the guys agreed to have Luke.
Once back in thier own space trying to start on their task Maria was told by Cyndi she would be helping with the interview and hair and make up with Emily.Maria straight away decided to target the conversation which as brought up in the car earlier in the day, saying it hurts to think that Cyndi's opinion on her is that she knows nothing.
Boardroom: in the boardroom there was some tension within team tenacity as Maria was asked what she thought of Cyndi. Straight away Maria directed the role in which Cyndi took up during the task of not letting anyone help. Still even in the boardroom Maria was undershone by Cyndi as she once again would not let Maria talk properly giving her opinions.
However when it came down to who won the overall task despite the arguements and disagreements Team Tenacity won. Cyndi also aplogised to Maria.Goldberg was fired leaving Rocksolid with only two members left in their team.
